[Introduction to Akabuma Gampu Farm]
・Let’s create a fun plan together that changes with the seasons, so it never gets boring!
・Experience rice farming from spring to autumn, interact with goats, harvest vegetables, and more♪
・Bring your own tools and fertilizer for the rented plots if you like (conditions apply for fertilizer since no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used; tools and fertilizer can also be rented for a fee)
・Receive guidance from the owner’s family, who have farmed here since the Edo period, and from staff knowledgeable in agriculture
・Just under three hours by car or train from Tokyo—enjoy the feeling of a farming getaway
・Rice and vegetables are grown without any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, carefully preserved by the family for generations since the Edo period

You may also take part in this program while staying at GAMP HOUSE, the traditional farmhouse guesthouse within the village, designed to encourage community interaction.
One plot is approximately 80 m² (compact size, includes parking space).
Available for use daily from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(Please inquire in advance regarding staff availability.)
Vegetable seeds and seedlings should be prepared by participants according to their own preferences and plans
(Advice and guidance are available upon request).
Weed removal, watering, and other maintenance services are available for an additional fee.
You may bring your own farming tools and natural fertilizers
(other fertilizers are subject to conditions).
Tool rental and fertilizer sales are also available on-site.
All vegetables you grow can be taken home.
We also offer a consignment sales service for selling your harvested produce directly through Akanuma GAMP Farm.
